Educational Qualification

- The last date for receipt of applications for appointment to the posts of Scientist C and Scientist D in the Department of Health Research on Deputation (Including short term contract) basis will be 21 days from the date of issue of this Circular.
- Advance copies of application or application received after the prescribed period or not accompanied with the requisite information/ documents are liable to be rejected. Applications should invariably be sent in the proforma enclosed at Annexure II. Applications should include attested photocopies of complete APARs for the last five years (all pages of the APAR to be attested by an officer not below the rank of Under Secretary in the Government of India). Vigilance clearance/Integrity clearance/Cadre clearance certificate and statement of major or minor penalties imposed on the officer, if any, during the last 10 years (Annexure-III) and Cadre control certification (AnnexureIV).
