1. Applications are invited from eligible and suitable officers for filling up the posts of Scientist C and D in the Department of Health Research on Deputation (including shortterm contract) basis. The number of post may increase or decrease as per the requirement of the Department.
2. Details of the post, eligibility conditions etc. are enclosed (Annexure I). Details of the post are also available on the website www.dhr.gov.in. Applications (in triplicate) complete in all respects of suitable and eligible officers and who can be spared immediately in the event of selection may be sent through proper channel to:- The Under Secretary (Admin), Department of Health Research, Room No.222, 2nd Floor Indian Red Cross Society Headquarters, 1 Red Cross Road, New Delhi-01 and by email at admin 2- dhr@gov.in.
3. The last date for receipt of applications for appointment to the posts of Scientist C and Scientist D in the Department of Health Research on Deputation (Including short term contract) basis will be 21 days from the date of issue of this Circular.
4. Advance copies of application or application received after the prescribed period or not accompanied with the requisite information/ documents are liable to be rejected. Applications should invariably be sent in the proforma enclosed at Annexure II. Applications should include attested photocopies of complete APARs for the last five years (all pages of the APAR to be attested by an officer not below the rank of Under Secretary in the Government of India). Vigilance clearance/Integrity clearance/Cadre clearance certificate and statement of major or minor penalties imposed on the officer, if any, during the last 10 years (Annexure-III) and Cadre control certification (AnnexureIV).
